JADO is focusing its initial drug development efforts in two therapeutic areas:

• Mast cell derived allergic diseases (eg atopic dermatitis, asthma)
• Infectious diseases (eg influenza, HIV, tuberculosis)

We decided to concentrate on these applications because of the great need for patients to have more effective treatments but with fewer side effects. A growing need for novel therapeutics based on new mechanisms of action makes these indications also very commercially attractive.
