JADO is focusing its initial drug development efforts in allergy and inflammatory diseases (e.g. atopic dermatitis, mastocytosis, urticaria).

These diseases have high unmet medical need, with current therapeutics unable to provide long-term benefit without associated side-effects.

The pharmaceutical industry is seeking drugs with new modes-of-action to address this growing need. We believe JADO's membrane domain targeting therapeutics have the ideal profile.
