Allergy Center, Charité Hospital

The Allergy Center at the Charité Hospital in Berlin is an interdisciplinary cooperation between the Department of Pediatrics and the Department of Dermatology and Allergy at the Charité.  The center holds a leading international position in research in allergy, especially in asthma and atopic dermatitis. The Allergy Center is JADO's lead clinical partner for its current phase 2a trial in cutaneous mastocytosis.

Max-Planck Institute of Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics (MPI-CBG), Dresden

JADO works closely with the research departments of its founders. Collaboration agreements with the Max Planck Society secure the right of first refusal for inventions made by the founders in the RAFT field. Moreover, assay tools are provided to aid the further development and commercial exploitation of the RAFT technology.

Dresden University of Technology, Department of Organic Chemistry

JADO and the Dresden University of Technology have established a highly successful research cooperation. As company founder, Prof. Knölker is advising the work of the department. Through collaborative agreements with his research group, JADO gains access to high-end analytical equipment and laboratories as well as right of first refusal to intellectual property generated in the RAFT chemistry field.

This institute is one of the most important German HIV research institutes and together with the Prof. Hans-Georg Kräusslich, Head of Virology, JADO has ongoing projects for the discovery and development of novel RAFT targeted antiviral agents and the development of new assays to analyze RAFT-dependent events in the HIV life-cycle.

Institute for Tuberculosis Research, University of Illinois at Chicago

JADO and the Institute for Tuberculosis Research have a long term cooperation for the discovery of novel membrane interacting anti-tuberculosis agents. The cooperation is led by the Institute Director, Prof. Scott Franzblau, whose group focuses on developing promising lead compounds for eventual clinical trials in tuberculosis.
