JADO develops novel small molecule drugs based on an unrivalled insight into cell membrane biology and the role of specific cellular domains, including lipid rafts.
Our technology provides an insight into diverse pathological mechanisms and drives the design of innovative drugs with new modes of action. To date, we have generated a pipeline of small molecule drug candidates focused on treating various allergic and inflammatory diseases.
Our in-house teams are supported by recognized leaders in cell membrane research, bringing world class expertise to both our current development programs and future research pipeline.
This network is led by our founders:
- Prof. Kai Simons, Prof. Marino Zerial and Dr. Teymuras Kurzchalia
Max-Planck Institute of Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics, Dresden
- Prof. Hans-Joachim Knölker
Technical University of Dresden
Headquarters of JADO are located in Dresden, Germany.
